A little about myself...

I am a 24 years old student at Douglas College in the Bachelor of Physical Education and Coaching Degree. I work with the City of Vancouver in the Parks and Recreation Department as a Golf Course Maintenance Worker at Fraserview Golf Course.

I have been involved with sports and exercise all my life. My passion for physical activity started when I was 7 years old running for South Fraser Track and Field club. My track and field career lasted for 9 years more years, I have practiced and competed in all events other than triple jump, hammer throw, and steeple chase. My early track career taught me that I could accomplish great things if I put a lot of hard work and never giving up on a challenge. I have also participated in Basketball and Football in high school as well as Ultimate Frisbee and Softball during the summers after high school. I love playing any sport and activities such as hiking, paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing, biking....you name it, I'll do it.

Apart from sport and exercise I love photography, traveling, motorcycles, and learning about new cultures. I have traveled around Europe, South East Asia, Mexico, Canada, and the United States. I have many more plans and places to see in the world and would love to photograph it all along the way.
I enjoy helping people and giving back to my community. This is a big reason why I am choosing to become educated in the Kinesiology, exercise, and nutrition stream in order to work with my community to help them reach their goals and full potential.
