My teaching philosophy includes creating an environment where it manifests success through a more mastery learning process. I believe in teaching people in this way rather than giving the answers, I seek to encourage an inclusive and open learning environment. I also believe that I should be learning just as much from the people I teach as they should be learning from me. To emphasize this I aim to build trust and "buy in" for the students using ice breaker and name games.
