Planning – These documents provide an example of an annual plan for a college basketball team.

Leading – This document is a teaching lesson plan for grade 3 kids enhancing movement education

                  and fundamental movement skills using a direct, cooperative, and PSI teaching methods

                  which stands for Personal System of Instruction. 

 

Communication:     

Literacy – This document shows my personal side to arguments and how I explain myself from a 

                  Philosophical stand point on:

                - Do sports teams owe their hometown fans anything? If so, what exactly, and why?

                - If the Canucks shipped off to Seattle to chase big American money, would that constitute

                   a betrayal of the people of Vancouver? 

                - Are the Canucks morally obligated to stay in Vancouver, even if they can make more

                   money somewhere else?

Numeracy – This document shows the Biomechanics of a vertical jump and peak vertical force

                      comparing a squat jump and a counter movement jump.    

 

 

 

Integration of Kinesiology -  This document shows an integration of many fields within Kinesiology

                                                using them to explain what is involved throughout movements.
